Hi Michelle! Other than a 4 hour delay due to a fuel leak, we arrived home safe and sound. It was an unfortunate delay but safety comes first!
It was great meeting you in person and working with you on our trip. Hopefully we will be able to do it again in the not too distant future.

HI, Michelle –
Bill and I are recuperating from our week of fun and gluttony in Rome. We had a wonderful time, thanks in no small measure to you. I could not have found a more comfortable hotel myself nor one in a more optimal location. We returned Wednesday to the restaurant/deli you recommended for our first night’s dinner because we had such fond memories of our meal. If you refer other clients to hotels in the neighborhood, you may wish to recommend this restaurant. The only reason we did not have another meal there is because we knew we could not practice self restraint.
Our transfers were very smooth. The driver was on time and we had a most comfortable ride to the airport. We enjoyed the train trip to Florence; the country side was beautiful. Note we are not insane and have no plans to drive into Rome. We will leave that job to the professionals.
Bill believes you have found a niche market. We both wish you much success. If you provide the service which you extended to us to all your clients, business will boom. Thank-you once again for all your assistance.
It was a pleasure to finally meet you, Michelle. I expect your uncle to invite us to family reunions since I now consider us part of the extended clan of friends and relations.
