M.A.G. Travel is run by husband and wife team in Rome, after 20-years of combined experience in the European travel and food industry. They now operate throughout Italy and Morocco with a satellite office in Rabat.
Michelle was born into a Restaurant family in San Francisco and went on to receive her BA in Italian, Anthropology and Environmental Studies in San Francisco. In 1999 she studied in Siena, Italy where her passion for the Italian language was ingited and she was hooked; she has lived in Italy since. Hafid is from Rabat, Morocco originally but has been traveling and working throughout Europe for the last 13 years. His business experience combined with Michelle’s travel savvy is what makes M.A.G. so successful. When they are not on the road, exploring some new area of Italy or accompanying a group, they can be found at their local Urban Garden plot (the “orto”) where they grow organic produce which is now being sold in the community.
